School Program--Follies Musical

Dayna McMillan worked up a very cute musical. Bailey was on stage many acts and Teagen got to sing the opening acts and a song about American Christmas and our freedom.

Bailey was a narrator. Teagen and Kyton were sheperds!! We had many sheperds and angels! We are soooooooo blessed.

Logan Daniel Shaffner

OK, since we have been back from Dallas at Thanksgiving--we have been soooooooo busy for sure. Dance, art, basketball games for the high school, programs, practices for programs, youth, church, shopping, preparing...but we made it and I can see the counter again, so here is an update. Logan Daniel Shaffner was born November 25, 2009 the day before Thanksgiving. So he was our Thanksgiving and we are very thankful!!!

Family Celebration

4-H Food Show

Bailey placed 1st Intermediate at the Food Show for County which enabled her to be able to go to the District Food Show in Bushland on the 21st. She placed in the top four!! So did Craig in the juniors and Mackenzie got first place in senior Fruits and Vegetables which qualifies her for state in College Station in June. Yeah!

Bailey also placed 2nd in number sense and 2nd in calculator at the UIL event held at Happy Schools last week!! I am so proud for her. She was excited about earning a medal which she will get on Monday morning.

Halloween 2009

Halloween Carnival was tonight. Teagen played a flag footba

ll game this morning and we had fun with friends. Bailey recovered from putting a button on her tooth again and worked on a project all day until...we transformed into Carrie Underwood and Happy Cowboys. I got old helmets and had Carolyn Bloodworth make stickers to add to them. They even had their names on the helmets!!

Tech Homecoming

I had made plans to attend a Tech game which we haven't done since Kyton was born. I picked the Kansas State Homecoming game. Of course you can't know the weather, but we survived and had a great weekend. Here is a bit of the story...parade, campus, eats, game, Granny
