Flag Football

Teagen had his first game on Saturday morning. I even got a bit of sun!!

He is on the Happy Gold team coached by not only Cory McCarley, but

Chad McCarley as well. Trevor was a ref! He gets to be on cousin Craig's team too!!

He told us he is playing next to what Dad played. He blocked and had a fun game.

Much different than that little boy from last year. Where did he go!! We will miss this week

because we are headed to Dallas for a shower for Aunt Jana and (baby Blessing)

and Layton of course. YAH!!

Kyton's Interview at Age Five

This was an idea I copied from my friend Laura who I think is cool and have thought that for many years. This was sure fun to do, and I am glad I got the chance and remembered that she did it. I hope you get to know Kyton a bit better.

5. What was your mom like as a child? she was a girl and had a mom and dad

8. What is his favorite thing to do? check cows

9. What does your mom do when you're not around? looks for us

10. If your dad becomes famous, what will it be for? because he's rich

11. What is your mom really good at? doing dishes/ like a game/checkers

12. What is your dad not very good at? a game/checkers

13. What does your dad do for his job? work

14. What is your mom's favorite food? celery

15. What makes you proud of your dad? he is happy because I'm happy because he throws footballs for me

16. If your mom were a cartoon character who would she be? Isabella off Phenious and Ferb (sp ?)

Happy Birthday Kyton!!

Kyton turned 5 on Monday. We had the Johnson family over on Sunday for Trevor's 20th and Kyton's 5th. We had steaks and a big cookie. I took off the day to spend with Kyton. We headed out and first bought a "college tee" ( I don't know how he and Teagen think it is a college tee, but he was pleased with it.) We then went to Old Navy to find a shirt to have is picture made in (first we need a haircut). Then we went to the toy store. I just hadn't figured out what I could get him, so he got to pick. He also had money from others to get to spend.

Then we headed to Jump N Jive. We were the first ones there and had the run of the place for a while before anyone showed up. Then we went down to Great Harvest Breads and he had a PB and J. We picked up Tryce to play with new toys at MeeMaw and Haw Jim's. Then friends and family showed up and we celebrated with ice cream and ORANGE iced cake. All in all a good day!!
